Our Business Setup Services

Mainland Company Formation

Licensed through the Department of Economic Development (ADDED in Abu Dhabi), a Mainland company can trade anywhere in the UAE, open unlimited branches, and bid for government contracts. Most activities now allow 100% foreign ownership with no local Emirati partner required. We handle activity approval, MOA drafting, office registration (Ejari), and licence issuance end to end.

Free Zone Company Setup

We register companies across 45+ UAE Free Zones, including Abu Dhabi's ADGM, Masdar City, twofour54, and KIZAD. Free Zones guarantee 100% foreign ownership, full profit repatriation, and, for companies meeting Qualifying Free Zone Person (QFZP) conditions, a 0% corporate tax rate on qualifying income. We match your activity to the Free Zone with the best fit and lowest total cost.

Offshore Company Formation

For international trading, holding structures, or UAE property ownership without a physical operating presence, we set up offshore entities (e.g., RAK ICC, JAFZA Offshore) with fast turnaround and no minimum capital requirement.

PRO Services & Corporate Compliance and Administrative Support

Ongoing document clearing, licence renewals, Establishment Card processing, and government approvals handled by our in-house PRO team so you're never stuck in a queue at a government office.

Visa Advisory & Processing

Investor, employment, family, and Golden Visa applications, with employee onboarding and residency application support.

Corporate Tax & VAT Registration

FTA registration, Qualifying Free Zone Person assessment, and VAT registration/filing support through EmaraTax.

Corporate Bank Account Assistance

Introductions and documentation support with leading UAE banks to speed up KYC approval.

Tax & Compliance

Corporate Tax & VAT: What Applies to Your Company

Corporate Tax Framework

0% on taxable income up to AED 375,000; 9% above that. Free Zone companies meeting Qualifying Free Zone Person (QFZP) conditions (adequate substance, qualifying income, de minimis, no mainland election, arm's-length pricing) keep 0% on qualifying income. Small Business Relief lets eligible businesses under AED 3 million revenue elect zero taxable income, available for tax periods ending on or before 31 December 2026. All UAE companies must register for corporate tax with the FTA regardless of profit level.

VAT Regulations

5% standard rate. Mandatory registration once taxable supplies exceed AED 375,000/year; voluntary registration from AED 187,500. Returns are typically filed quarterly via EmaraTax.

We handle both registrations as part of your setup, and assess your QFZP status so you're not caught off guard at filing time.
